Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The MeltMuse Studio name, original branding, website layout, original photographs, original written content, original graphic materials, and other original materials created by MeltMuse Studio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where relevant.
Third-party trademarks, fictional characters, artwork, logos, names, designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reference to third-party intellectual property is descriptive only and does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, partnership, or affiliation.
Nothing on this website transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to MeltMuse Studio.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may rely on third-party providers including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other service providers.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
