Thank you for choosing MeltMuse Studio. We are dedicated to delivering our premium studio-grade pixel art supplies, tools, and Master Collections safely and efficiently to creators worldwide. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Due to the strict studio sorting, precision weighing, and secure multi-layer packaging required for our 221-color and 319-color Master Collections, please allow 2 to 3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.


2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We partner with premium, fully-trackable international air express lines to ensure your high-grade tools and beads arrive in perfect condition.

Orders Over $50.00 USD: FREE Worldwide Standard Trackable Shipping.
Orders Under $50.00 USD: A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 USD applies globally.

Estimated Delivery Windows (after processing):

United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days
United Kingdom and European Union: 7 to 10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 12 business days
Rest of the World: 10 to 15 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal carrier volume (e.g., Black Friday or Christmas peaks), customs clearance procedures, or extreme weather conditions.


3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your active international tracking number(s) immediately upon dispatch.

Tracking numbers typically become live and scannable within 24 to 48 hours. You can monitor your package's real-time journey straight to your doorstep through our website.


4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

MeltMuse Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import tariffs, or local taxes applied to your order upon entry into your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.


5. DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

MeltMuse Studio takes extreme pride in our heavy-duty protective packaging. If your order arrives physically damaged, or if your tracking status states "Delivered" but the package cannot be found, please take the following steps:

1. Preserve all original packaging materials and product conditions.

We will launch an immediate investigation with the courier and arrange a prompt replacement or resolution for you.
