This website (www.meltmusestudio.com) is operated by MeltMuse Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MeltMuse Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and legal policies.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
All creative content displayed on this website including but not limited to brand text, custom high-fidelity product imagery, studio videos, logos, custom pixel art gradients, digital downloads, and structural data compilations is the exclusive intellectual property of MeltMuse Studio. Any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our media assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to international legal enforcement.
2. ACCURACY OF COLOR AND MEDIA DISPLAYS
We make every technical effort to display the colors, tones, and visual depth of our 221-color and 319-color shading palettes as accurately as possible on screen. However, because computer monitors, mobile displays, and ambient lighting vary significantly, MeltMuse Studio cannot guarantee that your device's display of any specific color will be a 100% exact match to the physical fuse beads.
3. GOVERNING LAW
These terms, legal notices, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you studio products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international e-commerce regulations and commercial laws.
PRODUCT SAFETY DISCLAIMERS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATION. By purchasing and utilizing products from MeltMuse Studio, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following safety protocols and liability limitations.
1. CHOKING HAZARD SMALL PARTS WARNING
Our 2.6mm midi and 5mm mini fuse beads consist of thousands of micro-sized plastic parts.
WARNING: STRICTLY KEEP OUT OF REACH OF INFANTS, TODDLERS, AND DOMESTIC PETS.
Age Restrictions: These products are engineered exclusively for adult pixel artists and older children under direct, constant adult supervision. MeltMuse Studio completely disclaims any liability for hazardous incidents or medical emergencies arising from the improper storage or accidental ingestion of our craft products.
2. HIGH-TEMPERATURE STUDIO CRAFT IRON SAFETY
The MeltMuse Pro Studio Craft Iron is a professional-grade heating tool that generates intense operational temperatures necessary for bead fusing and flat-melting.
Operational Caution: Never touch the metallic heating noseplate or baseplate when plugged in. Always operate on an insulated, heat-resistant workspace or pegboard protection sheet.
Fire and Burn Prevention: Never leave an active, plugged-in craft iron unattended in your studio space. Always turn the temperature dial to 'OFF' and disconnect the power supply immediately after use. Allow the device to cool entirely on its side for at least 20 minutes before storing it back in its box. Keep completely out of reach of children and flammable materials during and after operation.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall MeltMuse Studio, its founders, directors, employees, or supply partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential injuries, burns, property damage, or losses resulting from the use, handling, storage, or operational oversight of our heating tools and bead kits. Proper studio safety and operational care are entirely the user's responsibility.
